Projects from May 2023 to October 2023
Throughout my time at the company I’ve worked on various projects. Most notably improving the booking flow which is so important for the company, redesigning the app, adding a major missing piece to the booking flow which was Psychology services, and various other contributions. Here I’ll showcase some of them.
The SMS screen
This was my first project at the company. Redesigning the SMS step of the flow. The previous one didn’t make sense to our users, they misinterpreted it too often, so we had to rephrase the copy and focus more on the actions they had to take to get through the booking.
Psychology on web
For a long time Psychology services were only bookable through the mobile app. But we knew through insights that the majority of our user base came from web mobile, so we had to get Psychology working on web. My job was to put together a flow based on our other services already available on web, but tailored for Psychology’s needs.
Search
We heard from several users that they were missing search functionality on our website. With a growing number of articles and services, search could definitely be beneficial. I was tasked with creating a concept for it.
Vertical service tree
As the amount of services grew, we needed a new layout for the service tree. Before it was horisontal, with 5 different elements, and that simply wasn’t a scalable layout. I was tasked with trying to make it vertical, and making each service more distinguishable.
Yoga cards
Yoga is the name of the app used by doctors to accept video calls and prescriptions. I was tasked with making the information on each card more understandable and digestible, so that doctors used less time navigating the interface and focusing more on the needs of the patients.
